Support for macOS #348

Has anyone tried building LFLiveKit for macOS (native, i.e. not Mac Catalyst), or is there anything that would block doing this?

From the list of frameworks used in the project it seems like it should be possible, but it would be great to hear from someone who knows more about this project.
