Autoupdate `laks/dduper` docker image from ci job #33

Instead of building docker image manually and pushing it to docker hub, include it as part of CI.

laks/dduper is 2 years old now :-/ Any progress on this or at least a manual update?

ps: ah, its been 2 years (time flies!) since I did something useful here :p Personally as a father of 2 year old twins I'm quite busy :-) Soon I'll catch-up with my FOSS project(s) :)

2 years for last docker release, 2 year old twins.. i see a connection :-) No worries, love this tool.
