Update TinkersBoots.java - Fix for boots not showing in JEI #194

changing PartMaterialType to extra from bowstring fixes the problem of the boots not showing in JEI. guess bowstring cant be used.

so i just made all my personal changes to my fork so now the pull request is wanting to merge all my changes, not just the boots. (didnt know that was how pull requests worked, my bad.) doesnt seem like i can edit it either.
