[Applications] Add new applications to Laniakea #14

Add Nextflow as deployable application (https://www.nextflow.io/).
RStudio
Jupiter Notebooks
Zenodo
IRIDA

It would be nice, for some of these applications (RStudio, Jupiter and Zenodo for sure) to exploit the mesos cluster for fast deployment. It is already available to ReCaS and the support is built-in the Orchestrator and Dashboard

Ansible role to deploy Rstudio-server with preinstalled Seurat packages developed and tested, we have to test Laniakea integration role
