I created a new Token Action HUD for Cairn The code is available at the following link: https://github.com/DanButcher45/token-action-hud-cairn

Is it possible to publicize it somehow

If you haven't already, submit your module to Foundry VTT using the submission form linked at the bottom of this page: https://foundryvtt.com/packages/ - Once it's accepted, I'll add the link to the Token Action HUD Core readme and package page.
