Emblaser-electron issues: Fullscreen from nsis version doesnt have a top toolbar #196

Running from npm start, I get a top toolbar Running from npm run dist, and installing the nsis installer, then running from windows start menu: No top toolbar

(: which is why I F4 quit it that caused #194

Works a treat now. No toolbar in either. f5 refresh works. f12 opens dev tools
