G0 Optimisations #237

@Biondilbiondo if you are happy with your code, you are welcome to merge this PR into Laserweb/LaserWeb3 (This branch has no conflicts with the base branch so easy peasy)

And then we really wouldnt mind help getting it into LW4 (Speak to @jorgerobles and @tbfleming )

Thanks, we are using this code with our DIY laser cutting machine and it seems to work well. I will do the merge in the next days. I'll take a look to LW4 to implement the code into the new version of the code ! Thanks!
