[Bug]: Mod Manager will not launch #360

Bug Summary

I'm not exactly the smartest when it comes to doing these things, but I followed the instructions that were given, and when I extracted the contents of the file I got the new document to open Bg3MM. When I clicked to open it, it wouldn't open at all. I tried re installing it and putting it in my task bar to open it, but it would still not open. I saw other people bringing up a similar issue who had Windows 11, so I'm not sure if its got anything to do with that. Please reply if you have a clue of what is going on, and what I can do to fix this.

Update a 1.10 version to the current version. Worked for me.
