Typo in Command: Uncrustify: Open config file #39

Title says it all really. When trying to find the command Uncrustify: Open config file you actually have to type Uncustify: Open config file.

So that's why VSCode never showed all the commands when searching for "uncrustify" ! Thanks for noticing this, it's actually the case with saving the config file and saving a preset !
