Downgrade to older version (for mod compatibility)

As far as I'm aware, this is the only way do downgrade game version on quest, however it automatically downgrades to the latest modable version without any apparent way to downgrade to any other versions.

This is a problem because the latest Scoresaber mod is only compatible with Beat Saber version 1.28.0_4124311467

I'm kind of new to Quest modding so I'm just wondering if I missed anything, because I would love to play ranked on my Quest 3
