inspecting elements to be validated in Validation section #528

I cannot adjust the size of cells in the validation table. So in case of long 
terms I cannot really read what is to be validated. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The size of the cells in the validation table can be changed up to certain cell 
width so that all the cells are visible in the browser screen. 

If the concept contains lots of terms, it is practically impossible to show all 
the terms of that concept. To overcome this situation, we can click on the 
concept to go to concept module and see the details.

In validation module, we will allow to change the cell width and height with 
text wrapping.
