Some Version 11 updates

Fixed issue with creature types not sorting in Foundry V11 (https://github.com/League-of-Foundry-Developers/compendium-browser/issues/59)
Removed item based searches in for foundry V11 (hasSpells and Damage Dealt) as they required data that is no longer included in getIndex
Add a button to the ASI update screen that opens the Compendium Browser to the list of Feats
