Can we please remove this line from the footer?

@sabaferdous12 - that shouldn't be misleading with IP licensing. CC-by is granting you the use of the template (with all its infrastructure) with the condition that you attribute to them. It's a permissive license as it's not forbidding you to use for commercial purposes or forcing you to share the changes with the similar license. Please, feel free to direct anyone who thinks differently about this to me.

Can we add this Disclaimer in the footer.

"The information contained in this course is protected by copyright under L2D Innovations. Learners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their personal education only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without prior written consent from L2D Innovations is strictly prohibited."

Lets discuss this further on call.

Thanks, @milanmlft! In an update to our call, leave the CC-BY 4.0 line in until we obtain clarification from the Carpentries on this.

And could you kindly:

Add the disclaimer in @sabaferdous12's comment above, into the footer.
Make the font size as small as is legible (it's long, so we don't want it to look too cumbersome). Maybe 6 pt?
Maybe make the colour of the text a mid-tone grey, just so it's legible, but not imposing? It's something that'll be in every lesson, so it just needs to be there as a disclaimer, but doesn't need to be overly visible or imposing.
