Renamed all statdefs: {Something}speed_tool

Accidentally included primitive tools: Working on the patch for VWE, temporarily added. Please change the stats and definitions @Jellypowered. ~~The graphics are copied from the original tools, we need to change them.~~ Kasmex Forever (Vladislav) has delivered, don't forget to add to credits.
