create a notebook to validate the distribution of the synthetic scaled populations against final US 2020 data.

need a few things

[x] easy data loader dependent on year and spatial area
[x] dual density plot with real and synth data on one plot
[x] dual bar plot for real and synth data.
[x] prelims for map comparisons against external data? just basic sf12 map for now.
