Display auth content at top of screen in visually encapsulated form

For Pivotal Labs talk on Marh 1st, ideally the app can display the authorization terms in cards at the top of the screen, using the CSS and JavaScript along the lines of what you see for cards at MIT.edu/law (materializecss). This may require making the account file HTML with Jason objects embedded inside or appended below the HTML;

All the content is chunked and individually wrapped on a clause by clause, card by card basis.
