Character creation submits API request + remove GP purchase prompts + add preset choices

Added preset options

Options are from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nC8yE41VKEKRrG_xo-Sxzk-MY3mSE6uo-KQhAJOcwkA/edit

Submits POST request to `/character-sheet`

Submits a JSON body adhering to CharacterDetails schema

Added short backstory input field to fit the schema

UI updates

Added the shadow at top and bottom that trigger based on scroll distance
Added form validation to disable submit button until form is complete, as well as notify user it's not complete yet
Added some slight animation
Previously clearing the text input box when no preset was selected wouldn't clear the value in the state - this was fixed

Removed info about purchasing GP, updated GP info

Added tooltip on question mark, and right now we just reset GP to 3 every day so the purchase button was removed

Changed "pricing info" to "usage info" and added info about image generation GP cost

For personalityTraits, I put array, but an object makes more sense. We can update it or I can parse it on my end, whichever works best. If we updated it: personalityTraits: { extraversion: "value", agreeableness: "value", conscientiousness: "value", neuroticism: "value", openness: "value" }
