Fixed downloading plugins from SpigotMC #11

Updated downloadSpigotMcPlugin to use https and a working API link. Tested and working.

There is a release in my repository which you can use to test the plugin yourself. For users reading this: I don't advise using my compiled release in production environment, please wait for the author's updated version.
