[FEATURE REQUEST] Account Switcher + CarPlay #148

Would it be possible to add an "account switcher" to quickly re-login with saved credentials?

Ideally the account chooser/switcher would be accessible via CarPlay too -- e.g. choose account based on who is in the car so it can jump to the right book + book position.
