Silent moveset

• [x] Bleeding Blades: Bleed the target, which is a damage over time like poison in Slay the Spire
• [x] Poisoned Blades: Poison the target, which does damage at end of turn and removes all stacks
• [x] Garrote: Set a target to speed 0 for 2 turns.
• [x] Execute: Deal a lot of damage. If the target dies, reset the cooldown. Otherwise go on a very lengthy cooldown. Maybe make this only hit low health enemies. Some other ideas:
• [ ] An attack that hits twice
• [ ] An attack that only hits lowest health enemies

9/10/2024: Bleeding blades is now implemented, inflicting 3 stacks of bleed.

9/10/2024: PoisonedBlades is now implemented albeit a lot differently. It is now called "Envenom" and is the same as bleed except it GAINS a stack at the end of each turn. Obviously it also starts a lot smaller, applying only one stack. It is effectively a much slower, more defensive version of bleed.

Alternatively:

• make poison last forever, but it never grows, you have to manually add it.
• make poison deal % damage with stacks only effecting how long it lasts, not how much damage it does.

9/10/2024: Garrote has now been implemented as "Hamstring" and inflicts "Paralysis". The icon for this needs work
