Poor command-line switches usage documentation #154

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to find a way to use Chromium command-line switches with JCEF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect a code snip with a basic example, instead, all documentation
refers to CEF and has no examples, just lists of compatible commands and so...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3, Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
I posted a question here as well:

This is an issue board. You can post your questions regarding JCEF here:

Anyway, to forward CEF and/or chromium command-line switches to CEF, just pass
over an array of Strings to CefApp at startup. Example:

public static void main(String [] args) {

    [...]

    ArrayList<String> mySwitches = new ArrayList<>();
    mySwitches.add("--persist-session-cookies=true");
    CefApp app = CefApp.getInstance(mySwitches.toArray(new String[mySwitches.size()]));
    CefClient client = app.createClient();
    CefBrowser browser = client.createBrowser("http://www.google.com", false, false);

    [...]
}

Kai
