This is now supported but it doesn't cfqueryparam or auto-add table names 
though. Need 
to decide whether to add support for this or just document the limitation.

Why it doesn't support cfqueryparam, I guess we could take the whole list 
inserted by the user and do a 

<cfqueryparam  CFSQLType="I-GUESS-HERE-IS-THE-TRICKY-PART" list="yes" 
value="WHAT-THE-USER-USED" 
/>

Notice the "list" part, if the parenthesis are a problem, then the user can 
type those in :D
