Invalid story identifier causes exception #54

Invalid pages (http://www.dotnetkicks.com/aspnet/this_post_does_not_exist)
show the error page as an exception is thrown (and logged).

It would be better if we displayed a 'this page does not exist' message
instead. This would reduce the error messages in the log (google often hits
pages that no longer exist).
