Workbench Tool for FF is not able to auto login with Workbench when the org is configured to use MyDomain and the Domain name contains the word "test". #524

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1) From Salesforce sandbox environment login using this link:
https://tapp0.salesforce.com/00530000001baA1?blacktaboid=00DT0000000KPz1

2) Click on the workbench button for FF

3) You will get this error: 

"Must not connect to login server (www, login, test, or prerellogin) if 
providing a session id. Choose your specific Salesforce instance on the 
QuickSelect menu when using a session id; otherwise, provide a username and 
password and choose the appropriate a login server."

What version of Workbench are you using?
1.2.4

On what operating system and browser?
MAC OS 1.6.8
FF 3.6.18

This was fixed and released in 22.0.1
