In IE8, I am unable to change the "View as" options from "List" to "Matrix", 
"Bulk CSV" or "Bulk XML". Also I can't choose the "Include" radio button under 
the "Deleted and archived records". It beahaves as if these radio buttons for 
those 2 configuration items were frozen/disabled. It works well in Chrome 
though.

Can you please try toggling Compatibility Mode in IE8 to see if that corrects 
the issue or otherwise alters the behavior?
