Improved Environment Awareness #582

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Admins are often maintaining multiple environments; production and sandbox.
It's very easy to loose track of which environment they are logged into when
using workbench. Currently, the top right shows {Name} AT {Server} ON API #.
However {Server} is the same when logged into both prod and sandbox
environments and does not provide a sandbox name or any other indicator.

An improvement would be to include the Sandbox name (if possible) or some other
indicator such as pod (ie NA1, CS1, CS2) that would help the admin
differentiate which environment they were working in.

Did you know that you can hover over the "{Name} AT {Server} ON API #" to see
additional information (and click it to see a lot more info)? Is that
sufficient for your use case?
