Extending customization using SPI doesn't work with maven plugin #786

Create a custom processor or namingStrategy (or anything else) using custom 
ConfigurableProvider doesn't work. The customized implementation are not picked 
up when using it in maven plugin. The same works for runtime solution.

Fix details: When searching for providers, the classLoader is not changed (this 
was causing the problem). Also, the duplicate providers are not collected.

Fixed in branch 1.7.x.
