outline for hour two step-by-step instructions. Suggestions for hour two #4

Added more detail to hour one. I took the suggestion to do more step-by-step instructions. My aim was that this could be done at a pace that people could follow along with and we try and make sure no one gets stuck on the way.

I didn't introduce every command needed in hour two because I thought it made more sense to discuss those at the beginning of lesson two when people could try and collaborate in groups of two or so.

I can probably do a little more on this this wee but probably not much. I'm happy for someone else to run with it but can keep chipping in as much as I can?
