F) Which workflow module in LHEHR : On the main menu, select "Fees"/"Posting".

G) Steps to reproduce the design flaw :

1. Login with your account credentials.
2. From the main menu, Click on “Fees”/"Posting".
3. Leave all the search fields empty and click on “Print selected statements”.
4. A list containing information of patients appear.

H) At point of design flaw, the expected behavior : When user clicks on “Print selected statement” with blank search values, there should be a prompt for the user to select a statement first.

I) Details of what actually happened : On clicking the “Print selected statement” with blank search values, a list containing information of patients appear.

K) Estimation of the flaw severity : module function continues with workaround.

L) Workaround: Ignore the appeared list, and search for the desired patient.

M ) Possible Solution : We need to validate the search fields for blank values when the "Print selected statements" button is clicked, if they’re blank, it should prompt the user to select a statement first.

Update: The "Print Selected Statements" button doesn't exist in the UI anymore.

However, the "PDF Download Selected Statements" button shown above doesn't work. When you select some results from the table then select the "PDF Download Selected Statements" button, a blank screen shows:
