LH-EHR: "Edit" button on the Amendment tab freezes/Add a close button #1671

When the user clicks on the "Edit" button on the Amendment tab, none of the other buttons work. Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Log onto the LibreHealth application
  2. Click on the "Patient/Client" tab
  3. Click on "Finder" and select a patient to work on
  4. This will open up the patient demographic page
  5. Scroll down and click on the "Edit" button besides Amendment. This will end by freezing all the other buttons on the demographic page
  6. Additionally, there is no "Back" button on this page
  7. The user has to refresh the page each time to exit from the current screen
  8. Browser: Replicated this on Chrome, Firefox
