Ota upgrades #119

The master branch of esp32-edge relies on the information in the /info section for ota-upgrades

ThingSet is now hooked up to the UEXT serial by default (see commit 1943533360f045afd7ef4fdeea0c5573506919c2).

For the ThingSet nodes I'm proposing a different approach in PR #121, so I'll close this PR. You can leave your comments there.
