looks good to me.

optionally, could also change the help-text to add an example of usernames as mentioned in the issue. something like "Usernames can for example be separated by commas, e.g.: Ledger4545, Chesster, DrNykterstein" for the friends list. and "Usernames can for example be separated by commas, e.g.: lou-e, glbert, m0r1" for the avoid list.
