Scheduler 2.8 does not output artnet if universe size is set for 512 vs 510 #82

get no output on NDB when universe size is at 512 each.

Change to 510 and NDB works.

This a limitation of the NDB due to 512 not being divisible by 3. 510 is divisible by 3. Refer to the following website in the starting slot section (http://www.3waylabs.com/triklits/ndb.html). 511 is the starting address for the next NDB so you will need to limit the universe size for each NDB to 510.
