enhancement - display tab ability to mass update sizes or scale them #97

allow selection of a number of drawing objects and allow them to be all sized at the same time. E.g. I want to shink my four arches and keep them all the same size.

Could be done with a handle on the group, or as a % in a dialog that could be available.

Currently you are allowed to resize multiple objects at once using the H and W fields in the property window. We will need to do some rework to allow for resize using handles.
