No horse riding #1323

I bought a horse riding skill, I bought horse, but the horse riding skill is gone. Technology can not be purchased again. Version 1.12.1

join in I bought a horse riding skill, I bought horse, a little ride and left the game. I can't ride after entering the game, an error occurs you cannot use this item.
