Improved Drain Soul should proc into soul tap
I have noticed it working very few time maybe 5%?
Tooltip says should proc 100% if creature dies while draining soul is active
All mobs have been proper level to yield exp
Improved Drain Soul appear to be broken
Tested on 6/7/2019
