Dragonslayer buff issue #1396

for some reason when playing on my paladin, Palinox, i do not receive the Cry of the Dragonslayer buff when EVERYONE else in SW gets it. It works just fine on my hunter, but my paladin never gets the buff. Other toons the same level and lower than mine get the buff, so i know its not a level issue.

Reputation issue.

then what is the correct reputation? my pally is revered with SW and never gets the buff, but my lvl 10 gnome warrior gets it just fine with barely any reputation?
