Looking at my board and the above pinout. I see something probably went quite wrong with the labeling. Two times pin 27 and 25 where on the earlier version these second pins were labeled 16 and 17 (psram) am I right to asume this is still the 16/17 psram pins and not double 27/25?

Hang on. On the lilygo aliexpress shop product page. There is an explanation: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005003100244569.html

Aparantly pins 16/17 are indeed removed from the pinout because they are psram and so unusable. Doubling the pins as 25/27 makes the board compatible with expansion boards like D1 and the like... Cool.
