Description

Adding the IPC performance test suites to test the performance between Lind and native. The following tests are part of the test suite:

buffer_read_write: Inter-process read-write buffer
inet: TCP INET sockets poll
total_runtime: Inter-process read-write total runtime
syscall_ratios: Inter-process read-write syscall ratios

Type of change

[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
[X] Tests (test scripts for unit testing, benchmarks, etc.)
