Description

This PR consists by following parts:

Fixedscripts' permission of IPC tests and GCC-4.4.3 compilation scripts
Added README for GCC-4.4.3
Added compilation script for GCC-4.4.3 on Ubuntu
Added conditional compilation for GCC-4.4.3 and IPC runtime scripts in order to run on both Lind-ArchLinux and Lind-Ubuntu
Added script to run setups and IPC tests by single run
Updated README for usage

TESTED on both Lind-ArchLinux and Lind-Ubuntu from scratch
