A theme that works with both GTK2 and GTK3 would be ideal.

Here are a few themes I've found so far:

Vertex -> Dark/Light + 1 color, comes with chromium theme
Ceti -> Diito but sexier
cathex-suite -> Dark, gtk2 and 3, tint2 and terminal

There is also the option of designing a custom theme.
