Buildings (in Base) should be dragable to move them to other places in the grid

After a little clean up (removed unused functionality) it works mutch faster.

Todos:

new perfomance/render messuring
try to use new memorisation tools from react
Why is the time between the user start dragging and the user "see" that he is dragging still so long?
