Hello, Any plan to introduce artificial intelligence into LHC, the idea is minimum operator interaction with site visitor saw it on livezilla http://goo.gl/0LkbRZ (sorry for using url shortner) and after researching found http://www.pandorabots.com/ that can be used but have no clue where to start :)

Hi,

Well i had some plan for this. All this intelligence is just simply question matching to some pattern not a very complicated. But to do that on plain mysql is kinda overkill and resource wasting. I had an idea to use sphinx or elasticsearch for that purpose. So this feature will have to wait just :)

bumping that up because that would be a great thing to add. even as a plugin to communicate with the bot.
