Backport from Microsoft's 5.15 WSL2 kernel #19

With the second release of Microsoft's 5.15 kernel, they now modify the dxgkrnl patches and bring some config changes.

It's time to do some investigations and backport necessary changes. (Being busy though, maybe I'll have a closer look this weekend and get everything done then)
