Add sponsor names to results #28

Allow team riders to have their sponsors listed.

On reflection, I'm not overly keen on this idea because it could make the results look rather cluttered + messy when viewed on mobile phones. It is also means that someone would have to sanitise the sponsorship data as we can't just use whatever the competitors supply.

What would be included though? Only a couple of riders are international team riders, so listing board and sail brands alone is unfair on the typical sponsors (e.g. a shop who give someone a 20% discount). We can't have results saying things like "Duotone / Boardwise / F-Hot fins / F4 Foils / K66 / ION Wetsuits". On the other hand, I don't think local shops need to be listed in WSW results.

I'm inclined to think this is inappropriate for WSW?
