Yes, as of now there is not an automatic process to accomodate various illumination settings, which is most likely the issue that you faced. Here below is described the manual process.
All of that can be easily seen in our DEMO VIDEO that shows the various setup steps.
For the text version of that: Via the BridgeSDK UI you can select the SETTINGS tab and select the HANDS section and adjust the THRESHOLD to a lower value (ex: 40%) to show more of the hands.
In GHOST render mode: make sure also to set OPACITY to 100% (completely opaque hands) or to a slightly lower value (80%) that will make them slightly transparent.
Thanks, I had missed the video. I got it working and put together a quick test working with a-painter. Keys 1,2,3 map to red, green, blue colors of the brush: http://swimminglessonsformodernlife.com/a-painter/ This is a quick gif on how it looks like:
Diego, that's great. I will close this issue. Know also that we will make improvements on the alignment method in the next release.
I'm getting the keyboard properly tracked and the hands rendering is not showing up at all times. I only see fragments overlayed on the keyboard. Is there a way to calibrate? Sorry for the picture below. It's kind of tricky to capture.
