We'll move this selection to sidebar and hide it (relatively) from people's view, using only to test run RTL themes for now. When we'll have interface translations in place we'll expand this list and will engage users into translation of our interfaces.
Default is English. Additional languages selected through a suggest and it's detailed implementation is out of scope for now. Suggest will be able to find available languages (each language has to be named in English + native naming).
