Vessels magament #15

If you want, you can merge this. Otherwise, I keep this version for myself.

This update adds vessels use to biofuel. So, vials have to be crafted and filled with biofuel, the bottle can be filled with biofuel and a craftable canister is included too. The refinery needs an empty vessel to works.

The mod is much more realistic with the vessels management. However, there are problems with automation mods. The empty vessels can block the fuel slot and if you put stacks of fuel in the fuel slot, the empty vessels are lost. It may be possible to add the vessels management as an option.

Hmmm. We are using some automatization via pipeworks on the server. So I see a possible problem with blocking src inventory in the refinery. It can be prevented by adding something like "vessels" inventory to the refinery. Other problems with empty vessels should be solvable via automatization logic (item filtering, etc).

But, if somebody is able to use autocrafter for example with automatization mods (more inputs, one input inventory), he should be able to use refinery as it is in this branch, without blocking something.

Yeah. I know, what you mean now. The problem if you are using biofuel like fuel in furnaces.

So, it is probably a bug in furnaces, which should be solved.

So after merge request will be processed to pipeworks, the problem should disappear. For hopper etc., this merge request should fix it. if you know about any other automatization mod which has a similar problem and should be updated, let me know.

It looks like it takes a longer time before the merge request will be solved. So, I have added a fix to this branch.

So at the moment, an empty vessel will not block the furnace.
