How to code for Elders?

I have created a file to lead people to the Northrend Elders.  However, I did 
not know what 
"command" to use to properly register completion of the quest allowing 
automatic leading to the 
next quest.  I used "A" since that seemed the proper start, but both "C" and 
"T" did not help after 
acquiring the quest -- apparently because these quests are a little different 
than normal ones.  
Attached is the file I created, which works fine except that I need to manually 
indicate the 
completion of each quest.

So the only way to make it work currently is to hack a solution?  Do you have 
any leads to allow it to work within 
the TourGuide framework?

Yes, and I currently have no plans to try to fix this because this case is a 
seasonal 
issue, and TG was not designed around turnin-only quests.
