Feature Request - BlipStick #780

When questing I tend to miss nodes that appear because I am paying 
attention to my surroundings instead of the minimap.  Maybe accomplish it 
by alternating the blip size from normal to twice as big? Maybe make it 
change colors or flash?  How about an option to animate the blips - so 
that might catch your eye. Or flash the minimap or flash the screen edge 
when a blip appears?  Just more ideas, I know might not be possible just 
throwing them out there.
